DEPOSIT, BALANCE AND OTHER EXPENSES:
It's required a deposit of 30% of the total amount to be paid by bank transfer or postal order. The booking will only be accepted if accompanied by extremes of payment of that deposit. The remaining amount will be paid in cash or check directly to the owner at the time of your arrival, after having seen the booked apartment.
It's required separately a deposit of € 100.00 which will be returned at end of stay, with the necessary deductions for damage to housing.
The customer is in any way responsible for any damage caused to the house even more than the amount of the deposit.
BED LINEN AND TOWELS AREN'T FEATURED.

CONFIRMATION:
Only after receiving the deposit, you will receive confirmation of your reservation.
If your time of arrival should be different from what you indicated, please advise as soon as possible.
The apartment is rented from Saturday to Saturday. The keys are delivered not before 17.00 and must be returned no later than 10.30 am in order to allow you to tidy up the house before the arrival of new tourists.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF BOOKING:
If you are forced to cancel the reservation or do not show up at the arrival or delayed the start of the same we will keep 100% of the deposit.
